Vicky Januário is a Mozambican event producer, residing in Portugal, with a degree in Event Production and a career marked by the creation and production of cultural and musical events.
Throughout her professional career, she has been part of the production teams of renowned festivals such as Rock in Rio Lisboa, AZGO Festival, Him Dub Festival, etc., gaining experience in artistic production, operational coordination, and management of large-scale events.
She is the creator of the We Beat Sundays project, a party concept born in Lisbon with the aim of bringing together the Afro-descendant community through music, dance, and cultural celebration. The project establishes itself as a space for encounter, identity, and expression, promoting inclusive environments and authentic experiences.
With an intercultural vision and a strong connection to contemporary urban dynamics, Vicky Januário acts as a bridge between artists, audiences, and territories, actively contributing to the diversity and appreciation of the cultural scene.

Samossidino Iassine

With formal training in Concert Management and Production in Paris (Los Production – Kassav, 2013–2019), Iassine combines technical rigor, strategic planning, and in-depth knowledge of the live music circuits.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in the conception, production, and management of showcases, concerts, and tours, as well as multidisciplinary performances integrating music, multimedia, theatre, dance, and cinema, supporting projects from initial concept through to stage delivery.
His professional path is marked by a strong ability to structure efficient production processes, coordinate production, technical, and artistic teams, manage technical riders, venues, equipment, and core technologies, and oversee the budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring of cultural projects, meeting the standards of both national and international markets.
Within the field of artistic production and management, he has held roles as Artistic Director, Producer, Promoter, and Agent, notably co-producing Kassav concerts in Mozambique, directing and producing festivals and concert series, representing Caribbean artists.

Marvin Adriano

Marvin possesses in-depth knowledge of the region, having lived in Vietnam, and combines his multicultural experience with his multilingual skills in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Based in Arlington, Virginia, Marvin has hands-on experience in event logistics, marketing, and tour coordination, ensuring efficient operations for bookings and performances throughout the Asian market.
As a key member of the project's international booking team, Marvin is responsible for interacting with festival organizers, venues, and promoters in Asia, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and providing professional support to artists, ensuring successful tours and performances in the region.
